We are HQ’d in Kilkenny, with offices in Dublin and London, and a client base that stretches across Ireland, the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. We are seeking a Senior Sales and Communications Lead who will work closely with company directors and CEO. Are you comfortable in the digital space and engaging with stakeholders at all levels including leads, existing clients, senior management, and other key personnel? Do you have strong written and oral presentation skills, with a keen attention to detail and experience delivering campaigns on-time and to the expected standard? Do you have much experience building and maintaining strong client relationships? Are you comfortable supporting our teams in adapting content to appeal to different audiences across a range of digital and traditional channels, with a deep understanding of our brand? If so, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities :
- Management of sales leads coming in through various channels including website, emails & phone calls.
- Management of client relationship through sales process.
- Lead generation through advertising and marketing campaigns: LinkedIn, webinars, email campaigns (through Active Campaign), with monthly sales updates needed.
- Engagement with existing & old clients to provide updates on our service offerings & re-engagement campaigns.
- Monitoring of deal status' & accurate sales pipeline projections.
- Working alongside our website designer in developing and improving configuration.
- Creating content for and updating our service offerings, news articles etc.
- Monitoring analytics and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas of improvement, creating monthly reports to communicate results.
- Create, update, and disseminate our marketing collateral in line with our brand guidelines eg. Brochures for each service offering.
- Working closely with other departments to ensure alignment between external and internal messaging.
- Developing and implementing digital communication strategies that are tailored to the needs of our varied stakeholders.
- Creating engaging content that is optimised for various channels, including email, intranet, video conferencing and social media.
- LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter feeds to be updated on weekly basis, with updates provided on: completed projects, testimonials, team building activities, topical & informative articles etc. to increase brand awareness & client engagement.
- Facilitation of webinars for different industries (commercial real estate, hotels & leisure centres, retail etc.) alongside engineers & other team members through Linkedin/Microsoft Teams to inform on our service offerings & educate.
- In-house newsletter to be created & disseminated on a bi-monthly basis, with input received from all departments through ongoing communications with team leads.
- A minimum of five years’ experience in digital marketing or communications and sales, including at least two years of team leadership or people management experience.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Communications, Sales, Marketing or other relevant discipline.
- Good networking and influencing skills with a focus on achieving positive outcomes from interactions.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to create and deploy strategic and tactical plans.
- Effective problem solving skills and the ability to work quickly, efficiently and to tight deadlines.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Google Analytics, Active Campaign, Word Press.
- CRM System Management: Familiarity with and experience using Active Campaign an advantage.
