- Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Play an integral part in generating new sales.
- Identify and research potential clients, Develop and maintain customer relationships ( existing and new customer relationships )
Required
- Self-starter with excellent Customer management skills
- Result oriented and relationship savvy.
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
- 10+ years of Techno Commercial experience in or similar ( Flavor, Stabilizers, Emulsifiers, any intermediatory RM for Food, serving large corporate houses dealing in Chocolates, Dairy, Food and Beverages
