As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, closing deals, and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as providing support to the marketing team. Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing in the UAE insurance market. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present proposals, negotiate and close deals, and build long-term relationships with clients. Experience in managing and mentoring a team of Business Development executives. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Fluent in English with Arabic being an added advantage. Professional demeanor, proactive approach, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
