CORPORATE GOVERNANCE & COMPLIANCE MANAGER - MINING/PETROLEAM INDUSTRYROSEBANK BASEDR1.17 MILLION PER ANNUM CTC-(increase due within the year)* Degree in commercial law or business and management sciences required* Sound experience in a CORPORATE GOVERNANCE ADVISORY role* Knowledge of anti-money laundering and FATCA (Anti-money LaunderingForeign Account Tax Compliance Act) essential* Must be familiar with Automatic exchange of information (AEOI) and thePOPI Act8 Good command of the Companies Act and related legislation and King IVManage regulatory and governance risks to the Group. Ensure controls arein place to manage resources. Interpret information. Monitor investorfiles, implement strategies. Lead company Secretariat team. Drafting ofoperational procedures and formulation of strategies. Ensure compliance for the Group and issue reportsKnowledge of the mining industry would be a great advantage
