Why is this role really critical to us?
Manage all levels of relationships at Government accounts and grow business; Maintain healthy funnel/pipeline Lead and close proposals with compliancy Build long term growth strategy and execution planHow will you spend your time at Vodafone?
- Grow government sales revenue through both core and value added mobile and fixed telecommunication services
- Ensure that the assigned sectors and customers are fully utilized in terms of Vodafone products and services (i.e., Mobile, IoT, Cloud & Security, Fixed and solutions)
- Work closely with solution sales teams to generate sales opportunities and targeting potential customers in Government Industry
- Evaluate deal profitability using financial controls and analysis, tools provided by the company
- Manages the sales pipeline with a disciplined forecasting methodology to ensure sales targets are achieved
- Develop new business through public procurement bid tenders, new sources of funding and by utilizing partner ecosystem
- Screen and monitor customer satisfaction from proposal stage to the contract&operations management
- Being the face of Vodafone in communication with public institutions and organizations such as ICTA (BTK)
- Enhance company image through customer facing and influence efforts, presentations, speaking opportunities
You are just the person we’ve been looking for, if you have:
- University degree
- Experience in Telecommunication sector and sales
- Min. 10 years of experience in sales management
- Min. 5 years of Sales Management experience in Government Industry,
- Ability to think strategically and drive transformational sales programmes for the team
- Good negotiation skills
- Good team management skills
- Very good written and verbal communication skills both in English
- Able to deal with a rapidly changing environment and able to lead change where necessary
- Capable of working for projects in a matrix-organisation
