The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Shopify platform capabilities, experience in website optimization, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences. Responsibilities: - Conduct a thorough analysis of our Shopify website to identify areas for improvement in user experience, functionality, and performance. - Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop strategies for enhancing the website's appearance, usability, and conversion rates. - Implement recommended changes and enhancements to the Shopify website, including but not limited to layout adjustments, feature additions, and optimization of loading times. - Continuously monitor website performance metrics and user feedback to identify further areas for improvement and optimization. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce website development and user experience optimization. Requirements: - Proven experience working with the Shopify platform, including theme customization, app integration, and backend configuration. - Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track and analyze user behaviour and website performance. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders. - A passion for e-commerce and a strong desire to create exceptional online shopping experiences for our customers. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques. - Knowledge of SEO best practices and techniques for improving website visibility and ranking. - Familiarity with graphic and UX design tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Photo
