- Provide technical support to customers both remotely and onsite ensuring timely resolution of issues related to our automation products.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and design customized automation solutions that meet their needs.
- Conduct feasibility studies evaluate technical specifications and provide recommendations for system improvements or modifications
- Prepare detailed technical documentation including user manuals installation guides and troubleshooting procedures.
- Perform testing debugging and validation of automation systems to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams including software developers electrical engineers and project managers to execute projects efficiently and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest automation technologies industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in our solutions.
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Automation Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical support and design within the automation industry.
- Strong knowledge of automation systems including PLCs HMIs SCADA motion control and industrial robotics.
- Proficiency in CAD software for designing automation systems (e.g. AutoCAD SolidWorks)..
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with customers colleagues and stakeholders
- Flexibility and willingness to travel globally as required for customer visits or project deployments.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Open to travel to multiple locations worldwide. Proficient in written & oral English good command of mandarin/Chinese language will be an added advantage
