Insights Analyst (Analytics)

Job Summary: As an Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to drive business growth and optimize decision-making processes. You will play a key role in leveraging data to uncover insights, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations. Job Responsibilities: As a Mid-Level Insights Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with IT and product/engineering teams to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility for analytical purposes & often needs to be helpful in Completing Data Engineering Requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their business processes, imperatives, constraints and priorities.
• Design, develop and deploy data analytics solutions for company – Data visualization, Data Source & Data model designs.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor business performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders using automation.
• Prepare relevant presentations, reports and analysis to provide foresight to local, regional and global management.
• Provide BI expertise and ensure standard quality of BI outputs.
• Manage providing system functionality, dashboards and other reporting deliverables from business requirements and to carry out both functional and account management duties.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and opportunities where data analysis can provide valuable insights and drive impactful outcomes.

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Technology or equivalent.
• Proven experience (3-4 years) in analytics, data science, or business intelligence roles managing key stakeholders and leadership expectations.
• Experience in working with Datalake, managing data flows that integrate information from various sources into a common pool implementing data pipelines based on the ETL model.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or similar.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies and recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
