Job details
- Reports to the Project Director
- Lead a team of design engineers/drafters to ensure smooth workflow
- Review all structural design-related matters with Client(LTA) / Authorities / Design consultant / Subcontractor
- Prepare and submit all design deliverables to LTA
- Provide advice to the construction team, and highlight potential design risks to all stakeholders
- At least a Master Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, recognized by the PE Board, Ph.D. is preferred
- Minimum 10 years of relevant project experience in civil design for A1 MNC construction firm; inclusive of 5 years in a managerial role
- Candidate should possess experience in the design of vehicular structures and road projects of similar scale & complexity to our project
- Technical expertise and knowledge in bridges, concrete structures, and viaduct design are essential for this position
- Proficient with all stages of the development cycle for Design and Build projects.
- Strong background in project management
- Excellent interpersonal & leadership skills
