Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide consistent professional spa massage (either foot or body) in accordance with spa standards.
- Professionally advise customers on the benefits of the treatments performed.
- Setting up spa and work stations, responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities.
- Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely.
- Maintaining records and filling documents.
- Be sensitive to each customer’s comfort level and service needs.
- Able and flexible to work on weekends / public holidays / after office hours.
- Customer oriented with a pleasant personality.
- Be professional and well-groomed.
