Roles and Responsibilities:
Estimator/Draughtsmen:
Analysing project specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
Collaborating with suppliers to gather pricing information.
Evaluating project risks and incorporating contingencies into estimates.
Creating detailed cost breakdowns and reports for project proposals.
Keeping abreast of industry trends and material costs for accurate estimates.
Create claim sheets
Producing detailed technical drawings and plans based on project requirements.
Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations in drawing development.
Utilising Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for precision and efficiency.
Revising drawings based on feedback and changes during the project lifecycle.
Familiar with Aluminium software (Bizman/Logika/etc.)
Salary bracket R20k-R24k p/m.
Requirements
- Must have relevant qualifications.
- Must be familiar with Aluminium software or have experience with costing software .
- Must have experience as an Estimator/draughtsman.
- Must have own vehicle.
