Location: Office situated at Pandan Road Work Schedule: 5 days per week, from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. Note: The position may entail occasional overseas travel for project-related purposes. Candidates comfortable with international travel for business matters are preferred. Requirements:
- Engage in the sales of aviation cleaning chemicals, fostering profitable transactions.
- Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Nurture existing customer connections to uphold strong rapport and loyalty.
- Oversee indirect sales channels and resellers within assigned accounts.
- Actively pursue opportunities to expand business by acquiring new accounts and exploring fresh markets.
- Address customer inquiries and fulfill their requirements promptly and effectively.
- Manage the placement and processing of orders efficiently.
- Conduct pricing analysis to optimize profitability and competitiveness.
- Effectively manage inventory levels to meet demand and minimize stockouts.
- Maintain and update customer databases accurately.
- Deliver engaging presentations during customer visits to showcase products and services.
- Generate sales data and prepare management reports using Auto Count software.
- Provide timely submission of weekly and monthly sales reports and plans.
- Coordinate invoice preparation, delivery schedules, and warehouse stock picking.
- Prepare basic export documentation, including packing lists and weight/volume calculations.
- Undertake any additional duties as assigned.
- Hold a minimum Diploma qualification with experience in the Aviation Industry.
- Preferably possess sales experience in both Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Customer (B2C) environments.
- Demonstrate strong selling skills and effective presentation abilities.
- Confidently represent the company's portfolio to customers.
