Senior Depositary Analyst (Investment Funds) You will be joining a team of dedicated and experienced people and be an important member of the Depositary Team. As a Senior Depositary Analyst, you will be responsible to deliver excellent services and support to our international clients across our entire range of services and offering. You will be required to actively participate in a range of departmental tasks, including but not limited to: Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to all Depositary policies and procedures.
- Monitor compliance of investment and leverage restrictions.
- Monitor all cash flows of the funds and perform reconciliations and reviews.
- Assist in the independent review of the NAVs.
- Investigate and report any issues arising from the NAV review process to management within the Depositary area.
- Participate on the site visits to the Fund Administrator and other 3rd party delegates.
- Ensure prompt escalation to management of any issues.
- Assist in implementation of process improvement initiatives.
- At least 2 years previous experience in Depositary or Fund Accounting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organisational skills.
- Strong analytical skills are essential.
- Positive work ethic with an emphasis on ownership and completion of tasks.
- Attention to detail and ability to problem solve.
