Investment Associate - Real Estate

Hays Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Posted 6 days ago Permanent SR45k - SR60k Hays are currently partnered with a Sovereign Wealth Fund in Saudi Arabia and they are looking to hire an Associate / Senior Associate to join their Real Estate & Infrastructure Investment division. The selected candidate will join a large team and will be involved in all aspects of a transaction. Responsibilities will include origination, DD, valuations, financial modelling, deal structuring and execution, portfolio management and exit management.  Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Real Estate investment experience 
  • Masters of CFA highly desirable
