Mastery over HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with modern frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js is vital. Server-side with Node.js, Python, JAVA Database management with SQL or NoSQL databases is expected. Strong capability in architectural decision-making, API integration, web security, and performance optimization. Web accessibility standards such as WCAG A proven track record in leading projects, mentoring junior developers, excellent problem-solving skills, and superior communication abilities for liaising between teams and stakeholders.
