Our client is looking for a Senior .Net Backend developer with expertise in Azure PaaS and API development.Location: Hybrid downtown TorontoDuration: 12 monthsResponsibilities:Lead the design and development of backend services and APIs using C# and .NET Core/Framework, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.Implement and manage Azure PaaS solutions, including Web Apps, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, and Cosmos DB, ensuring optimal performance and cost efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and enhancements.Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices in software development are followed.Requirements:10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend development using C# and .NET Core/Framework.3+ years experience with Azure PaaS services and cloud architecture patterns.Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, database design, and web application security principles.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
