Key Account Manager - GTA

This role is responsible for the GTA (York, Peel, Durham, city of Toronto and Barrie)Weed Me Inc. is seeking to hire a Key Account Manager for GTA GTA (York, Peel, Durham, city of Toronto and Barrie)   area to join our sales Department, reporting to the Director of Sales.Accountable for the performance of your immediate territory and contribute to the overall success of the Sales Department.ResponsibilitiesCreate brand awareness and community engagementIdentify new distribution opportunities and build partnershipsExecute marketing initiatives and distribute marketing materials to notify new and existing customers of upcoming releases and product launcesExecute and participate in brand activations in your designated areaOrganize and lead brand education sessionsMaintain a close visibility and transparency with your team manager, building effective routing plan monthly basisParticipate in bi-weekly team calls, presenting on KPI progress, regional insights, etc.Reach KPI targets on: In-store activations, product placement, product quality standardsCompliance to an agreed route and frequency requirementsOther duties assignedQualifications / Skills:Minimum one year of sales experience in the Cannabis IndustryA team player with excellent people skills and a proven ability to build relationships at all levels within the organizationEffective interpersonal communication and analytical skillsA problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple prioritiesAbility to identify consumer motivators and to understand the customer/supplier relationshipExcellent organizational and project management skillsGood computer skills with a proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Vehicle and valid license is a mustJob Types: Permanent, Full-timeSalary: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental careLife insuranceVision careSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Greater Toronto Area, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Experience:Cannabis sales: 1 year (required)Work Location: In person Manufacturing
