Seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Scrum framework, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination between team members, and removing any obstacles that may hinder the team's progress.Oversee the entire Scrum process and ensure adherence to Agile principlesGuide and coach the team on Agile practices and ensure continuous improvementFacilitate effective communication and collaboration between team membersRemove any impediments that may hinder the team's progress and successCollaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure their requirements are metMonitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and managementRequirementsProven experience as a Scrum Master or similar roleStrong knowledge of Scrum framework and Agile methodologiesExcellent communication and leadership skillsCertification as a Scrum Master (e.g. CSM) is highly preferredBachelor's degree in a related field is a plusBenefitsType of job: Temporary Contractor - 1 yearDate candidate required: ImmediateLocation: Ottawa Work hours are Monday - Friday, normal 37.5 hour week Non-profit Organizations,Primary and Secondary Education
