As a key member of the Client Services team, you will be reporting to the Team Leader, Client Services. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer services to internal clients. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative; have strong communication skills and organizational skills. This position requires flexible hours to accommodate the firm's needs.Scope of Responsibilities:Maintain kitchen, lounge areas and meeting rooms, including set-up/clean-up and cleaning of dishesAdhere to firm guidelines on cleaning, ensure best practices and service standards are being metUtilize meeting room booking tool (Rendezvous) to pull daily reports, input and track costs/budgets and confirm food and beverage services are arranged as per client requirementsMonitor stock levels, replenish kitchen & pantry supplies, maintain storage rooms/areas and place supply orders as requiredUnder guidance of Lead, place daily catering and special event ordersEnsure a positive client experience; respond to client requests and inquiries and act quickly to solve problemsAssist Client Services and Event Team with event preparation and set up as neededProvide assistance to others during absences as neededOther duties as assignedRequirements:A high school diploma or equivalencyA designation is not required1-3 years of relevant experience within a professional services environmentBasic proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Adobe, Outlook, Excel and PowerPointProficiency in role-specific software, including Rendezvous, DMDiscretion, confidentiality and attention to detail are essentialSolid written & verbal communication skillsA team player who takes initiative and works well independentlyDemonstrates excellent client service and ability to anticipate client needsWe Offer:A comprehensive benefits package, including: health and dental benefits; vision care; employee assistance program; life insurance; short and long-term disability; extended mental health benefits; a fitness allowance; and RSP matching programCompetitive compensation and vacation packageContinuing professional development opportunitiesVarious social events and wellness activities throughout the yearA short walk from Union subway station and accessible from the pathGoodmans LLP is committed to cultivating a diverse and inclusive workplace that reflects different abilities, backgrounds, beliefs, experiences, identities and perspectives.
