Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on talent acquisition best practices.Candidate Experience: Champion a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Ensure candidates receive timely communication, feedback, and a clear understanding of the organization's values and culture.Employer Branding: Contribute to the enhancement of our employer brand by showcasing the organization's strengths, achievements, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.Data-Driven Approach: Utilize data analytics to measure and improve the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
