As an SEO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving organic traffic, increasing search engine rankings, and enhancing our online presence across various search engines. This is a full-time, remote work-from-home position, allowing you to work flexibly from the comfort of your own space. Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic keywords that align with our business goals.
• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, visibility, and search engine rankings.
• Conduct on-page optimization, including optimizing meta tags, headings, content, and internal linking structures to improve search engine crawlability and indexation.
• Optimize website performance for speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience to enhance overall search visibility.
• Identify and address technical SEO issues, such as broken links, crawl errors, and duplicate content.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into the content creation process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices to continuously improve SEO strategies.
• Monitor and analyze website analytics, search console data, and other relevant SEO tools to measure the effectiveness of SEO efforts and make data-driven decisions.
• Generate regular SEO performance reports and provide insights and recommendations to improve performance and achieve KPIs.
• Assist in identifying and pursuing link-building opportunities to improve domain authority and increase backlinks from reputable sources.
• Stay informed about competitor SEO strategies and recommend action plans to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with other digital marketing team members on cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successful SEO campaigns and improved search rankings.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture as they relate to SEO.
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and website platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Creative problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and improve SEO performance.
• A proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends and changes in search engine algorithms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in e-commerce SEO and familiarity with marketplace platforms 
• Knowledge of international SEO and optimizing websites for global audiences.
