Our client is an US-based consulting firm which have offices across the globe. One of their customer is an art marketplace venture in Hong Kong and they are building a brand new software platform to connect artists with global art collectors, as well as sponsoring artists. They are looking for a senior software engineer with architectural mindset to developer a platform using TypeScript and JavaScript from scratch. Responsibility:

  • Driving and facilitating technical decisions, collaborating closely with product and design teams, establishing priorities, and lead all development efforts.
  • Conducting high quality programming and coding, particularly on the backend and infrastructure aspects.
  • Ensuring the formation of a high-performing engineering team, including freelancers initially, and eventually build and lead your own team. This involves hiring and fostering a culture that attracts exceptional talent
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working on web-based software developement with a focus on JavaScript/ TypeScript.
  • Technical expertise in architecture and design, data modeling/design, data management, infrastructure/DevOps, and authentication (Auth).
  • Knowledge on web3 technology, including Solidity/smart contract programming and ERC standards is a plus.
  • Experience in leading the development life cycle.
