Responsibilties
- Handle incidents and user requests related to the applications.
- Provide level 2 application support
- Facilitate communication through activity reporting and change management processes.
- Coordinate the resolution of critical incidents and major events.
- Maintain the knowledge base and support documentation.
- Address other production related events and weekend releases.
- Proactively enhance security, incident prevention, productivity, and quality.
- Ensure compliance with IT support standards, including tracking in Calitrack and Jira.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5 years of experience in IT support in the banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of back office applications in a capital markets environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle incidents in a fast paced environment.
- Familiarity with security best practices and incident prevention.
- Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus.
