Title: Analyst/Associate HRBP - Investment Management firm Location: Hong Kong About the Role: Our client is an US headquartered investment management firm who is looking for an Associate/AVP level HRBP to join their team in Hong Kong. Responsibilities:
- Support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with company guidelines and legal requirements.
- Assisting in the performance management process by coordinating performance appraisals, providing guidance to managers and employees, and monitoring performance improvement plans.
- Organizing and coordinating training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Support in compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus calculations, and benefits enrollment.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics, including headcount reports, turnover analysis, and diversity metrics.
- Assisting in employee engagement initiatives to develop of a positive work culture
- Participate in various HR projects and initiatives, such as HR process improvements and policy reviews etc
- Collaborating with wider HR colleagues and business partners on cross-functional projects.
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of HRBP experienced from financial services industry, ideally from banks
- Highly organized and analytical with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexible, team player as well as working independently
- Intellectually curious with strategic thinking skills (e.g., big picture, long term implications).
