Great opportunity for a Marketing Specialist to join this ever-growing organisation! Your new company A construction equipment supplier based in Grey Lynn. Our client delivers structural solutions for the existing masonry buildings across New Zealand and Australia. The dedicated team, led by world experts in structural and earthquake engineering, provide purposely designed and extensively tested products, advice on structural details and design, and specialist technical support. Your new role Looking for a Marketing Specialist to drive the brand, generate leads and increase industry market share across Australia, NZ and North America. Sole marketer within the business, taking full ownership and responsibility of all marketing activity, and lead the strategic planning, development, and implementation of offline/online initiatives. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and working alongside their agencies/advisors to deliver results. In charge of the following: Digital Marketing: ● Recommend innovative digital strategies that align with broader business goals, increase brand awareness, and generate leads. ● Proactively monitor and improve performance across all channels and identify opportunities for all markets. ● Analyse data, provide commentary and prepare reports to share with the management team. ● Monitor website user experience and assist with website management, escalating issues and identify appropriate solutions. ● Manage PPC/Paid advertising, create keyword campaigns, display ads, retargeting ads, and monitor conversion tracking. ● Assist with maintaining the company's CRM system and creating email marketing campaigns. ● Manage all company social media accounts, plan and develop organic content and paid advertising. ● Develop and implement SEO plans. Brand & Content: ● Proactively monitor industry news and competitor activity and provide insights and recommendations to increase brand awareness. ● Support with overall content management, ensuring all marketing materials including company presentations, webinars, brochures, videos, and general work templates are consistent with company branding. ● Assist with the planning and development of new marketing and advertising collateral for conferences, events, journals, and magazines. ● Conduct regular website reviews to ensure company and product information remains current. ● Provide copywriting, editing and proofreading support when necessary. ● Plan, develop and manage content creation, including case studies and client testimonials. ● Attend conferences, events, presentations/webinars and engage with clients when required. What you'll need to succeed

  • B2B marketing with experience of launching new products and/or services.
  • 5+ years in a digital marketing role delivering successful cross-channel campaigns from start to finish.
  • Commercial awareness and interest in engineering and construction industries, but prior experience is not essential.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate digital agencies, external designers, and web developers.
  • Intermediate knowledge and use of: o CRM systems e.g., HubSpot or similar. o Google marketing tools, including Google Ads. Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Google Search Console. o Social media platforms and tools including LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business, and YouTube. o Design software and tools including Adobe Creative Apps: Photoshop; Illustrator; InDesign; Acrobat Pro; Premiere or similar; Canva. o Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, Teams, OneDrive, PowerPoint, Publisher. o Project management tools and software.
  • Event and conference coordination and/or management.
