About the Role Our client, a company based in the Ruapehu region of New Zealand, specializing in showcasing and promoting local landmarks and natural wonders, is seeking a talented Senior Illustrator for a short-term on-site project. The project involves creating detailed illustrations of the Pinnacles range, a prominent geological feature in the area, to be incorporated into the company's brand templates and marketing materials. Responsibilities:

• Capture the essence and beauty of the Pinnacles range through detailed and accurate illustrations.
• Work on-site to study the landscape and gather reference materials for the illustrations.
• Collaborate with the company's creative team to understand the project's requirements and brand guidelines.
• Produce high-quality illustrations that meet the company's standards and align with their visual identity.
• Ensure consistency in style and attention to detail throughout the illustration process.
• Deliver the final illustrations within the estimated timeframe of one or two days.
• Be open to receiving feedback and making revisions as necessary to meet the project's needs.

• Proven experience as a Senior Illustrator, with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional landscape and natural scenery illustrations.
• Proficiency in traditional and digital illustration techniques, with a strong understanding of color theory, composition, and perspective.
• Excellent drawing and rendering skills, with the ability to capture intricate details and textures.
• Ability to work on-site for the duration of the project, which is estimated to last one or two days.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with the company's creative team.
• Familiarity with various illustration software and tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, etc.).
• Knowledge of the Ruapehu region's natural landscapes and geological features is a plus.
