Job details

- To be responsible for sales and purchasing activities in accordance with company policies and procedures. - To process customer quotations, delivery orders, and invoices. - To ensure that information on delivery orders and invoices is accurate when sent to customers. - To liaise with the warehouse to arrange goods delivery schedules. - To monitor customer payments. - To generate Goods Received Notes (GRN) in the system and match them with purchase invoices. - To coordinate with vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of goods. - To liaise and coordinate with warehouses on inventory management. - To handle audit queries related to sales and purchases. - To be part of the team in terms of planning workflow for continuous improvement. - To undertake any other assignments assigned by superiors from time to time.   Work Schedule: This job has the following work schedule: 5.5 days / week Benefits & Perks This job has the following benefits: Company equipment Medical coverage Employee discounts This job is located in Bukit Mertajam, Penang, Malaysia.
