Job Description

Order Fulfillment Analyst focuses Customer Order Fulfillment in terms of PO requirement: item, qty,correctness, specs (quality at times) and FG & RM readiness for dispatch with assigned Warehouse location (distribution center). Rationalized forecast base on historical data to balance demand & supply requirement. 1. Plot and consolidate orders to be served and orders for production request; collaborates with Sales, Prodn & PC Planners for RM/FG allocations 2. Checks Sales Order status and plans target dispatch and/or delivery dates; by tracking Balance to PO and Forecast attainment 3.Collaborates with Warehouse for Process Sales Order in WMS by allocating stocks and using a generated picklist from Warehouse to measure PO readiness & attainment 4.Provides Orders Dispatch Schedule & Location (distribution center) to transport and loading team to ensure effective and efficient loading and delivery execution; 5.Provides order balance for Planning & Production reference. Check inventory for aging or delinquent items depletion 6. Reviews status of pending unserved SO and monitors SO-Aging & collaborate with Sales & production for allocation & depletion. 7.Provides updates on order delivery/dispatch schedule to Supply Chain and Logistics; 8.Processes orders accurately, completely and efficiently in SAP. 9.Monitor and tracks status of booked Sales Orders from processing until delivery to customer; 10..Monitor order fulfillment cycle time and ensures that orders are fulfilled accurately and within the agreed service level; 11.Checks and ensures that all Sales Orders are valid for processing and delivery; 12.Escalates orders not served beyond 2 days to Demand & Supply Supervisor & Managers and concerned TBM/RSMs to ensure that prompt action and disposition; 13. Targets to fulfill 100% Perfect Order Fulfillment, ensures redelivery of uncontrollable unserved orders, eliminates controllable operational execution errors that are recurring. monitors proper execution using reports and drives long term actions for efficient end to end order fulfillment. 14.Collaborates with concerned departments/teams (production, sales, transport, and warehouse), on issues affecting order fulfillment to prevent delays and ensure on-time customer order delivery. 14.Ensures to provide regular updates on order status and delivery / shipping information to OM & OF Team. 15.Submits regular reports on order fulfillment performance & forecast attainment or accuracy results as well as monitoring of his/her KPIs; 16.Actively participates in company programs and generates ideas on process improvement, quality and increasing customer satisfaction; 17.Encourages teamwork, active collaboration, proactive approach to prevent issues and activeness in communication to drive decisions faster and clearer. 18. Ensures compliance to food safety, good housekeeping and quality management system based on the standards of 5S, GMP, HACCP, Halal and ISO;

Qualifications

Experience:
  • Experience in warehouse,analytics and order management and related work is a plus.
  • Capacity & SAP background is an advantage
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Has Customer Satisfaction Experience
