Recruitment Manager

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager on behalf of our prestigious client in the business consultingindustry. This is an onsite position based in Petaling Jaya,Selangor, Malaysia. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and continuously improve recruitment strategies to attract highlyqualified candidates for all positions within the organization.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcingto interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and developtailored recruitment plans.
• Train and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure they are knowledgeable about thecompany, its culture, and its recruitment practices.
• Establish and maintain relationships with educational institutions, talent networks,and other external sources to expand the company's access to top-tier candidates.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, evaluate the effectiveness ofrecruitment strategies, and make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations related to recruitment

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 2 years in amanagerial role.
• Experience managing recruitment for remote-based teams is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitmentbest practices, strategies, and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• Has a relevant background in recruiting people from the media industry.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
