Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting, delivering insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Analyze financial data, identifying trends and performing variance analysis to support accurate budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintain diligence in data analysis to refine financial models and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Communicate financial insights clearly to various stakeholders, aiding in strategic planning and decision-making.
• Work with the finance team to meet and exceed financial objectives through strategic analysis and planning.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role. A strong analytical background is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear manner.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
