We are seeking a talented and results-driven Facebook Ads Manager to join our marketing team. As a Facebook Ads Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, implementing, and optimizing our Facebook advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
Responsibilities and Duties:Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute effective Facebook Ads campaigns aligned with business objectives.Audience Targeting: Conduct audience research and segmentation for precise targeting.Ad Creation: Design engaging ad creatives and compelling ad copy to maximize engagement.Budget Management: Monitor and manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation for optimal results.Performance Analysis :Regularly analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad elements and enhance campaign effectiveness.Conversion Tracking: Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking to measure campaign success.Stay Updated: Stay abreast of Facebook Ads platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Required Experience, Qualifications and Skills:Proven Experience: Minimum of 1-1.5 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns.Certifications: Facebook Blueprint Certification is highly desirable.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving industry trends and algorithm changes.
