Work Hours : Any time between 7:30 AM and 9:30 PM IST (9 hours shift). Summary of Job Function: We are looking for an Installation Support Analyst to support our client! The Installation Support Analyst provides software installations, network assistance & support to the client and the third-party installation vendors working at the client locations.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Remotely assist with software installations & firmware upgrade deployments.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance to 3rd party installation vendors working at the client locations.
  • Perform list checks with 3rd party installation vendors and validate installation via pictures and test transactions.
  • Provide an outstanding level of customer support.
  • Update data for Score Cards after installations are complete.
  • Provide handoff details if needed for extended installation projects.
  Mandatory Skills:
  • 1+ years of experience in providing network support.
  • MUST be fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player; able to effectively communicate with managers, co-workers, and customers.
Desired Skills:
  • Providing voice support to US clients.
  • Experience in assisting with the transitioning from one internet service provider to another.
  This is a WFH position and so the following things are mandatory.
  • Wired Internet connection (cable/broadband)- WIFI is not permitted or supported on the provided work equipment.
  • Internet Service Speed Minimum: 20 MBPS download / 5 MBPS upload.
  • Distraction free work environment. Whether it’s your bedroom with a desk set up or a designated office within your home, you should be able to close the door to outside distractions and noise.
