· Supervise outbound team daily operations, delegate tasks and responsibilities in accordance with upon the agreement of internal plans, deadlines, and departmental objectives. · Supervise employee’s performance to identify areas for improvement or corrective action and provide support to all team members to ensure that the departmental objectives are met. · Provide training on learning new processes to ensure team is consistently performing above standard. · Arrange and supervise shifts schedules and vacations in coordination with operations team leader, according to work needs. · Supervise the process of shuffling to cross train employees in other teams within the department. · Supervise, and review submitted attendance reports to the HR department and monitor the effectiveness of their performance. · Supervise KPIs of the team, ensures that the staff are improving in their KPIs. · Ensure SLA of Boutiqaat’s Overall Outbound is maintained in coordination with other departments. · Ensure order is fulfilled and delivered within the promised delivery timings. · Supervise the process of defining relevant working hours for both allocation and sorting team to be efficient with the process and timing. · Ensure resolving any miss-pick, excess-pick, wrong pick as soon as possible with coordination with relevant operations sections and team members. · Monitor pending items to ensure no delays for customers’ orders. · Follow up late orders with concern department such as Contact Center. · Highlight the system issue Order Fulfilment System (OFS) & Warehouse Management System (WMS) to his superiors and communicate with IT in case of blockers. · Decide on damaged item to ensure smooth flow of orders. · Coordinate with inventory to follow up the (PNA) Product not available items & any damaged item. · Handover damage item to relevant team and extra item to Inventory to ensure accuracy in inventory. · Ensure fast moving of products along the process. · Ensure quick response to miss-sort, miss pick, miss allocated items. · Supervise the process of differentiating packing Logics for Local and international shipments. · Submit reports when required from the operations director such as manpower performance report, manifest summary report, etc. · Immediate response & action regarding any received problems related to the process and reported directly to the operations director. · Handle and resolve complaints and problems relating to the employees to ensure effective manners. · Report and resolve any technical issue that may occur to the IT department. · Recommend and implement programs, policies, and strategies to increase production and efficient space utilization. · Build partnerships with corporate logistics team to guarantee timely and accurate communication which includes resolution of shortages/overages, discrepancies, and issues. · Provides direction in discussing and creating development plans. · Brainstorms with the team and provides suggestions for solutions that contain the appropriate level of risk, ensures work team understands and supports the focus on operational excellence. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of work experience as operations Supervisor or in similar role.
  • Skills in organization and prioritization, problem solving and attention to details.
  • Excellent in using Microsoft office, word, excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills preferred to be bilingual (English & Arabic)
  • Strong team player and leader with the ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate ideas (verbally and in writing), be a self-starter and handle difficult reporting situations.
  • Ability to work under pressure (in an extremely fast paced environment), meet deadlines (overtime work required) and make effective decisions.
  • Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs; ability to lead others through change.
  • Ability to utilize the least possible resources (materials, manpower…etc.) without impacting quality.
  • Ability to lead and direct all functions and team members within the department.
