About the Role: As the Customer Logistics Coordinator, you will have several key responsibilities.

  • Order handling and processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate transportation and shipment arrangements, including scheduling pickups and deliveries, and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates on order status, addressing inquiries or concerns, and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and ensure excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer queries and resolving any issues to their satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse or production teams to ensure adequate stock availability.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation requirements, such as customs regulations, export documentation, and industry-specific standards to be provided to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to shipments, invoices to comply with authorities' requirements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations, such as delivery accuracy and Freshness.
  • Proactively identify and resolve logistical issues, such as transportation delays, inventory shortages, or quality concerns and accordingly mitigate risks and develop contingency plans to ensure smooth operations and minimize customer impact.
  • Work closely with 3PL transportation team to arrange trucks and ensure availability and loading on time.
  • Work closely with plant and 3PL warehouse team to ensure accurate FEFO allocation of stocks.
  • Manage freight invoices payment of Suppliers.
  • Bill customer on time.
Who Are You? To excel in the role of Customer Logistics Coordinator, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA, BSc) or equivalent in Business Administration /Management /Logistics
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics or Customer Service.
  • Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
In addition, you should have the following skills and attributes:
  • Logistics Knowledge A strong understanding of logistics processes, including transportation management, inventory control, and supply chain management.
  • Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Organizational Skills The ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Customer Service Orientation A customer-centric mindset is crucial for providing excellent customer service.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration This position work closely with cross-functional teams, collaborative skills are necessary to coordinate efforts, resolve conflicts, and achieve common goals.
  • Attention to Details Being detail-oriented is important to ensure accuracy in order processing, documentation, and inventory management.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities The capability to identify and resolve logistical issues and make decisions quickly under pressure.
  • Adaptability Being adaptable and flexible in adjusting to changing circumstances is vital for success in this role.
