This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Administrator must possess strong communication, organizational and problem solving skills.
• Should be familiar with all aspect of project management, such as budgeting and scheduling, and exercise strong time management skills. The abilities to work independently as needed, manage teams and apply analytical skills are crucial.
• First level support for troubleshooting with systems and programs.
• Communication skills – Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills for responding to customer complaints, explaining data to colleagues or making
• Computer proficiency – Should have computer proficiency and advanced proficiency in managing documents, Microsoft office and working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, etc.

Requirements:

• Ability to be punctual and to schedule time such that you can complete all assigned tasks must be able to effectively manage their time to finish their duties by a set deadline. Other Duties
