This influential leadership role within AtkinsRéalis Nuclear Canada encompasses the oversight and improvement of reporting within the Project Delivery organization. It involves the establishment of reporting standards, innovative tools, and high standards to ensure the consistent and successful execution of projects across our expanding Nuclear Canada business. This role will report the Vice President, Project Delivery and work closely with our Project Controls, Finance and other sector-level teams.

Location - Mississauga, ON

Your role within the team:

Establish project reporting standards for all major projects and profit centres

Champion innovation by introducing cutting-edge processes and digital tools to enhance reporting practices.

Provide expert guidance on planning, scheduling, and project controls aligned with industry best practices.

Lead development of executive dashboards for weekly and monthly program reporting.

Lead efforts to collect and interpret project information for Project Management Evaluation Team, focusing on issue mitigation and resolution.

Collaborate with cost and schedule management teams to integrate cost and schedule data effectively.

Engage in weekly and monthly meetings with employers and stakeholders.

Monitor and challenge reports from project teams, escalating concerns as necessary.

Support sector-level initiative to standardize project reporting and monitoring across multiple nuclear geographies.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging lessons learned, and collaborating seamlessly between projects and with other business units within the AtkinsRéalis Nuclear sector and the broader group.

The ideal candidate:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or 15 years of relevant experience.

A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in Project Controls/Project Management.

Strong teamwork and leadership skills.

Extensive experience in strategic planning.

Interface with senior levels of the organization (up to CEO levels).

Position will be headquartered out Mississauga Ontario with infrequent travel to customer sites and some international travel.
