We are looking for smart, energetic, and curious thinkers who are eager to take on new challenges and help fulfill our customer promise of "making it happen" for chefs and restauranteurs across the province.Position SummaryThe Key Account Manager will be a key member of our Client Services team, working closely with our clients and vendors. The Key Account Manager reports to the Sales Manager and is responsible for the successful roll out and maintenance of new and existing accounts. In this role, you would be expected to resolve internal and external customer service issues, provide product information and solutions to Bondi Produce's customers, possess the ability to effectively project manage, monitor customer feedback, and successfully manage customer relationships. Providing outstanding customer service and a quick learner of internal tools and technologies are musts. The Key Account Manager should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including a high level of comfort with Excel. ResponsibilitiesMain point of contact for all client day-to-day communication and oversight; owns overall client satisfaction and proactively identifies opportunities and works with Business Development Manager to optimize, retain, and upsell business.Ability to effectively communicate in a team-oriented environment, function as liaison between multiple departments. Properly manage time and deadlines while balancing multiple projects/priorities internally and externally Technical guru with proficient knowledge of Excel; ability to analyze sales data and create customized velocity reports, order guides, and pricing proposals. Project manages new customer roll-out campaigns to ensure all campaign requirements are met; measure campaign progress and communicate effectively both internally and externally. Educate and guide new and existing clients on best practices, onboard new clients and proactively address areas where improvement is needed. Responsible for general training and oversight to ensure all campaign tasks are done correctly and efficiently. Lead all customer-related communication, including kick off calls, follow up calls, and troubleshooting discussions.Support Product team with user feedback and insights related to new releases of our tools and products. Work with Customer Service and Sales management to analyze and evaluate key service metrics such as Contract Pricing, Order Fill, On-Time Delivery, Invoice Accuracy, Case Fill, etc. Conduct root cause analysis, recommend solutions to service-related issues and work with the Logistics Manager or Business Development Manager to drive improvements.Work with Procurement team to coordinate any specialty product orders outside of Bondi's usual assortment of goods.Professionalism with internal and external customers. QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.3 + years of successful sales or related experience.Passion and strong understanding of the fresh produce market, industry dynamics, and supply chain logistics.Strong customer service and selling skills including the management of target accounts and maintaining client relationships.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.Time management, multi-tasking, and prioritizing tasks.Results oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Bondi Produce embraces diversity in the workplace environment.
