About the Role To drive adoption and member engagement of AIA Vitality and contribution to the overall growth and success of AIA HK. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Implement strategies to engage Agency, PD and Corp Vitality Client
- Analyze data and metrics to supervise performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide recommendations and planning for uplift performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and standard methodologies to continuously enhance programme feature and improve engagement strategies
- Work with internal AIA teams including TDA, Operation, ABDD, BTDD, Product, Marketing, and Agency to ensure strategies and propositions align with organizational distribution, product and financial objectives
- University/College graduate plus at least 8 years of proven experience
- Detailed knowledge in insurance business environment and insurance products
- With practical experience in sales and marketing, sales agency or brokerage experience is preferable
- Good public speaking and communication skills
- Good networking and relationship building skills and the ability to harmonise with confidence with different cultures, levels and functions across the business.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Multi-tasking
- Positive, hard-working, flexible, self-motivated, multifaceted, innovative team leader
- Strategic, creative and able to think out of the box
- Excellent people management skill
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements
