Our located in Amata City, Rayong Province (40 min from Pattaya, 90 mins from Bangkok), is a growing plant with about 1,000 employees. Currently products for the divisions Chassis Control, Powertrain Solutions, Diesel Systems and Electrical Drives are produced there. Also pass-through business is handled for several divisions.
Job Description
- Coordinates all I4.0 related activities within Business Area (requirement management, rollout coordination, etc.) or plant (develops I4.0 roadmap for plant, rollout coordination, etc.)
- Ensures compliance with regulations and standards.
- Active contribution to design of digitization strategy (corporate / divisional level / plant level)
- Ensures realization of digitization strategy within area of responsibility (divisional / plant level).
- Implementation tracking of Industrial 4.0 solutions.
- Point of contact towards central dept. and plants (Business Area coordinator) or towards Business coordinator and plant organization (plant coordinator)
- Close cooperation with Business Area coordinator for domain manufacturing or within plant with key users of each functional area.
- Project management: Project organization and planning of required resources, scheduling and budget planning of supply chain projects across areas /plants.
- Change Management and moderation skills
- Knows the technical framework of “Factory of the Future” (e.g. Bosch Manufacturing & Logistics Platform, Scout.it.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- At least more than 6 years work experience in logistics and supply chain management field.
- Relevant knowledge and experience for IT / digitization project or coordination for logistics field.
- Fluent English communication skill is crucial.
- SAP, Good MS office skill + Power BI, Power Query skills are preferred.
- Deep understanding and knowledge for overall logistics processes and role in manufacturing plant.
- Relevant knowledge and experience for IT / digitization project or coordination for logistics field.
- Project management and leading experience preferred
