SITE MANAGER (PAPAR & PENGERANG SITE)
Job details
· Responsible for overall Site Management and Site Construction team · Plan, implement, coordinate, monitor and control the level of resources and performance to meet the planned targeted schedule and quality · Review of all technical aspects proposed by consultants/contractors. · Supervisory personnel, owners, contractors or design professionals to discuss and resolve matter such as work procedure, complaints, or construction problem. · Preparation and submission of management reports · Notification to client and consultants for inspection, details, confirmation and site constraints · Represent the company in regular and special meetings with the management, clients and sub-contractors. · Ensure company site assets are in good condition, safety and cleanliness, minimize material wastage Requirements: · Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Civil) or Building or equivalent. · Minimum 5 year hands-on experience in C&S project management / site coordination and construction of buildings / infrastructure development in a contractor’s organization. · Encourage applicants for Senior Site Engineer/Senior Site Supervisor to apply. · Capable of working independently and handling correspondence work. · Good construction knowledge and co-ordination skills with sub-contractors, consultants and clients. · Able to work under pressure and tight schedule. · Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin would be added advantage · Preferably specializing in Engineering -Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent. · Required skill(s) - MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project · To be based in Papar,sabah / Pengerang,johor Interested candidates are invited to apply online with your detailed resume including current, expected salaries and how much notice to give your current employer.
