Logistics Coordinator (Shipping)

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Being the first point of contact with all carriers and shipping agents; and reviewing performance and rates to ensure best value.
2. Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
3. Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
4. Coordinating company imports and exports and liaising with shipping agents to ensure accurate customs declarations.
5. Reviewing carrier invoices and managing the process of recharging customers where applicable.
6. Liaising between clients and shipping companies to resolve any complaints.
7. Coordinating warehouse staff to enable effective land-based product shipping.
8. Reviewing orders and processing order changes, returns and cancellations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
• Required Skill(s): Fluent in English, Computer literacy, Microsoft Office
• Possess own vehicle and able to Start Work Immediately
• Working duration from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm, 5 1/2 days week with alternative Saturday.
