Full job description

• Overseeing all aspects of business operations, including but not limited to sales, marketing, finance, human resources, and customer service
• Having strong leadership skills, experience in overseeing daily business operations.
• Strategic planning to achieve company’s goal
• Budget management.
• The ability to optimize processes for efficiency, effective day to day operations
• Oversee several elements of business operations, operating budgets to improve efficiency and increase departmental profits, while managing the overall operations of the company.
• lead a team of department heads and employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment while driving growth and profitability.
• Work closely with the Managing Director to develop price promotions for specific products
• Customer care/relationship building.
• Inventory and logistics management.
• Assist in inter-departmental operations, human resources, administration, sales, management and conflict resolution.
• Fully assist the Managing Director in handling the company's daily operations. Workforce

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably with sales and principal relation management experience in FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of business operations and financial management principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
