Sr. Manager/AVP - IT

Job Description: Take charge of our IT support and operational processes. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our enterprise infrastructure services and enhancing our operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Management of Overall IT Support: Oversee and manage all aspects of IT support within the organization.
• Team Leadership: Lead and guide multifunctional operations teams responsible for enterprise infrastructure services.
• Operational Metrics: Prepare, review, and manage all service level and operational metrics, as well as KPI scorecards for service delivery.
• Process Design: Design, maintain, and implement IT processes in accordance with operational policies.
• Continuous Monitoring: Ensure the continuous monitoring of IT systems to maintain optimal performance.
• Issue Resolution: Track and resolve reported issues within agreed timelines and manage escalations when necessary.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously enhance operational processes.
• Support and Guidance: Provide support and guidance to stakeholders through the helpdesk.
• Performance Reporting: Periodically present the operational performance of IT systems to the management team.

• Experience: 12-14 years of experience in the IT field, with at least 5 years in a team management role.
• Technical Expertise: Good technical knowledge in at least 2 of the following areas: Datacenter technologies, Data networks, Server management, Storage.
• Certifications: Advanced-level technical certification will be a plus.
• Frameworks: Familiarity with ITIL frameworks.
• Project Management: Knowledge of project management or equivalent is required.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Technical Skills: Experience with system installation, configuration, and analysis.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
