We are inviting an experienced Director Sales, with a proven record and over 8 years of experience in the industry, to steer our sales efforts focusing on tech services and solutions. This pivotal role is dedicated to driving sales strategies, enhancing client relationships, accelerating sales growth, and significantly increasing revenue, all while bolstering our corporate brand's growth and presence. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement groundbreaking sales strategies that resonate with our target market, articulating our brand's values, key messages, and unique selling propositions.
  • Hire and develop the sales team, leading and mentoring them towards achieving sales targets, contributing to our long-term business expansion
  • Forge and deepen relationships with C-Level executives and decision makers across organizations and IT Departments, aligning our solutions with their needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage market insights and trends, identifying new avenues for business growth.
  • Analyze sales data and market intelligence to refine and adapt sales strategies.
  • Ensure the sales team's efforts are congruent with Symmetry Group's brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Represent Symmetry Group in industry gatherings, enhancing our brand's visibility and establishing strategic alliances.
Additional Duties:
  • Engage with product development teams, ensuring our offerings are attuned to market demands and exceed client expectations.
  • Contribute sales insights to influence product development and marketing strategies.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence within the sales team, emphasizing accountability and continuous enhancement.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in a Director Sales role, ideally within the technology sector, showcasing the ability to lead sales teams to success.
  • Established network and relationships with C-Level executives and decision-makers across various industries.
  • Deep understanding of the digital technology landscape, combined with robust business acumen.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record in crafting and executing successful sales strategies in competitive markets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools, enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Dynamic, adaptable, and passionate about technology and innovation, with a fervent desire to drive growth in a fast-paced environment.
