Job Description

The AR Operations Manager will spearhead our Global AR Operations team, focusing on Collections, Cash Applications, and the associated processes, systems, enablement and reporting. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strategic mentality, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, and adept at managing a remote team. T here are currently 2 direct reports, based in Singapore. What you'll be doing:
  • Lead and be accountable for Collections and Cash Applications software implementations, improvements and maintenance .
  • Design and develop near term and long term strategy for the AR Ops team to drive increased efficiencies and productivity for the collections and cash apps teams to scale with the business.
  • Drive special projects and initiatives to support the wider Collections and Cash Applications teams.
  • Manage, mentor and support the AR Operations team members.
  • Prepare reports and share data/insights for Finance leadership and other internal stakeholders.
  • R ecommend new policy and process documentation for new collections and cash apps tools, systems and software.
  • Build and maintain workflow rules in the new collections and cash applications tools.
  • Prepare and lead training/enablement sessions for Collections and Cash Applications teams on new policy and process.
  • Build and maintain playbooks for easy reference and for new hire training and enablement.
What you bring to the role:
  • 5+ years of experience with relevant financial systems focusing on the quote-to-cash processes, as well as corporate experience and/or systems consulting background.
  • Excellent communication and technical skills, with e xperience in system implementations and a proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) tools such as Cforia, Celigo, Zuora, Salesforce; knowledge of SQL and BigQuery is a plus.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to learn new technology quickly, comfortable with reporting and analyzing data
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor remote and global teams, with exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills and the capacity to work effectively with all levels of management.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a knack for simplifying complex processes and managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
