About the International Sustainable Finance Centre of Excellence (ISFCOE) The purpose of the Centre of Excellence is to accelerate the mobilisation of capital in support of a net zero, nature positive and just economic transition. A supporting player in the Irish Government’s Ireland for Finance strategy 2025; our role is to promote, connect and support to strengthen Ireland’s position. We are supported by public and private sectors actors. The ISFCOE works to support financial services firms by providing thought leadership, raising awareness on excellence & best practice, building capacity in the sector, hosting our peer network and catalysing innovation with supportive frameworks and tools, while collaborating with partners at home and abroad to ensure Ireland’s financial eco-system achieves a leading position in sustainable finance. About the Role As this is a diverse role, the candidate will need to have strong multi-tasking, organisational and prioritisation skills, and 3+ years’ previous experience working in an office environment. Previous experience of accounting systems will be a distinct advantage. Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administration support
  2. Organise and attend meetings as required
  3. To ensure the financial rules of the company are followed
  4. Take minutes at meetings and prepare for circulation following meetings.
  5. To manage the day-to-day income and expenditure.
  6. Maintain and update network training database.
  7. Data entry
  8. Accounts receivable and accounts payable, reconciliation, status reporting and credit control.
  9. To support the Financial Administrator
Key Competencies & Strengths
  1. Proficient in MS Office Suite
  2. Strong written and oral communication skills
  3. Excellent organisational, planning and coordination skills
  4. Excellent attention to detail
  5. Proven ability to work supportively and efficiently within and across the team and build good working relationships.
  6. Be a proactive self-starter with an ability to work effectively remotely
