Job Responsibilities: · Meet Clients requirement in all aspect of Property Management · Project coordination in residential/commercial strata development · Responsible for day to day operations of assigned sites · Manage and supervise staff of assigned properties · Assist superior to plan, execute and supervise all facilities management and operational activities · Plan, execute and supervise all facilities management and operational activities (for managerial role)· Maintain a continuous and long term relationship with existing clients (for managerial role)· Manage and retain projects within the set financial criteria (for managerial role)· Prepare and chair Annual General Meetings (for managerial role) Job Requirements: · Diploma or Degree in Estate/Facilities Management or related discipline · Previous experience in managing condominiums, industrial or commercial buildings · Knowledge of Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) and Building Maintenance and Strata Management (BMSM) Act · Candidates with own transportation will have an added advantage · Attractive Salary commensurate with experience · Results driven personality · Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
