Assistant HR Generalist

IW Express is a logistics service provider based in Kuwait who takes pride in fulfilling every client need, big or small. We offer a wide range of E- Fulfilment solutions to provide domestic and international shipping, parcel pick- up, delivery and return management services for the B2B2C segment. We are looking to hire an IT Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and effective utilization of technology resources. Key Deliverables · Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to support IW objectives. · Manage and maintain IW’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security systems. · Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency. · Oversee the implementation and maintenance of software systems, including business applications, communication tools, and collaboration platforms. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify IT requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs. · Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices for information security. · Manage IT budgets and expenses, optimizing spending to achieve cost-effective solutions. · Lead and mentor IT staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Requirements ·Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). · Proven experience in IT for 7-8 years, preferably in a startup or small business environment. · Strong technical knowledge across a range of IT disciplines, including network administration, system administration, cybersecurity, and cloud services. · Experience with IT infrastructure planning, implementation, and maintenance. · Excellent problem-solving skills. · Strong leadership and communication skills ·Valid Kuwait transferable residency Job Type: Full-time Ability to Commute:
