We are looking for an Executive Assistant, who will play serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications, scheduling, and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the executive's office. Roles & Responsibilities: Recruitment Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Identify appropriate recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through various channels.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate suitability for open positions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare interview materials, including interview questions and candidate evaluation forms.
- Assist in conducting interviews and providing feedback to hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Address candidate inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Generate recruitment reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR roles.
- 4-6 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment software.
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and hiring.
