National Marketing Leader - Australian Fitness Group - Remote

We are looking for a National Marketing Lead. Our client is a fast-growing Australian fitness brand with ambitious plans to expand to 1000 studio locations worldwide including ANZ, APAC (Asia Pacific countries), and the UK. As the Marketing Leader, you'll report to the CEO and assume responsibility for leading our growing marketing team.

Specific duties include:

• Responsibility for new studio member marketing leveraging all digital channels.
• Leading our growing team of social media marketing (SMM), search engine marketing (SEM) and other digital specialists.
• Managing the websites in Australia and expansions into Asia, the UK, Europe and North America.
• Leading our graphic designer for all digital media and studio signage.
• Marketing projects and pilots for new products and services.
• Ongoing team development to scale with the rapid growth.
• Participating in the leadership team to shape and execute our growth strategy.

• Leadership experience in a results-oriented, direct-response marketing environment.
• Advanced, hands-on digital marketing skills including experience with enterprise-class marketing software (MarTech).
• The ability to keep pace in a fast-moving environment.
